Karen Durant is not helpful. We have seem her on many occasions , but she is only interested in what she wants to do. She will not return calls, and treats patients like they are stupid. The final straw was when we saw her for a medical condition that she laughed off as minor . The condition turned serious , we called for advice and she never called back. We ended up in the ER . The ER dr was shocked and advised us to never return to Karen Durant.
