Does not keep up to date on nursing knowledge and skills. Prefers to have things go her way and will not give the referrals you need, especially if they are out of the area. She needs a refresher course on how to have a dialogue with her patients; it isn't always one way, but to her, it seems to be. You leave with a lack of confidence and that is not a good thing.
