Very rude and unhelpful staff that can be counted on to make errors. Staff behaves as if your presence is annoying them. They do anything they can to make you go away. The doctor is helpful, reasonable, and will refer you to a Specialist if he feels more specialized expertise is needed. Unfortunately, the staff will probably mangle the referral process. If you need to call the staff for anything, they make it clear you are bothering them and they are too busy for you. If the doctor is present, the staff behaves profesisinally. If he is not, it is clear they would rather you left them alone,
