I can't actually say a lot for the doctor but I can for the office staff. I walked in 11 min late for an appointment. I was told the cutoff was 10 min and that I would have to reschedule the appointment for a week later. Traffic was terrible and getting a 2 year old out the door can be trying sometimes at best. I am respectful of the doctor's time and they should be of mine as well. It was a 40 min round trip for nothing and then I supposed to repeat this again next week. I've made arrangements to see another doctor now for my 2 year old. I have no interest in a heartless doctor's office.
