The Doctor was ahead of schedule, was pleasant and efficient. Took care of the problem and prescribed medication for the next few weeks.
Scheduled a follow up appointment for 3 months after the treatment.

Plus que rapide. A peine 5 minutes! N'a pas répondu à mes questions , pire n'a pas voulu examiner un problème de peau au pied . Moins que courtois . Est allé chercher d'autres patients quand je n'avais pas encore pris mon manteau ni ma canne pour sortir. À envoyé a ma pharmacie ordonnance pour une crème à mette sur des problèmes de peau au visage , mais a oublier d'indiquer celle faite pour calmer les démangeaisons et sensations de brulures occasionnées par cette première crème

Dr. Roshdy was not an engaged listener and continually interrupted me. He made a brief examination of the top of my head, snapped a photo, announced that I had pre cancerous growth, sent a prescription to my pharmacy and left the office. The appointment was rushed and lasted under ten minutes. He did not examine my skin, order any lab work or offer any explanations. The receptionist is very curt..

Mauvaise expérience avec le docteur Roshdy. Manque presque de courtoisie. Je ne cherche pas un ami, mais un médecin qui peut prendre quelques minutes pour discuter avec son patient et au moins lui expliquer en quoi consiste la médication qu’il prescrit. J’ai posé une question à propos de cette prescription et c’est tout juste s’il m’a répondu, il appelait en même temps le prochain patient ! J’espère que le pharmacien sera plus aimable et me donnera des explications…

Personnellement, j'ai eu une très bonne expérience avec Dr. Roshdy. Gentil, efficace, conciencieux. Il m'a examiné et procédé à une biopsie sur le champs. Il m'a expliqué quoi faire avec la plaie dans les prochains jours et c'est tout. Pas plus compliqué que ça.
J'ai pris le temps de lire les commentaires ... vous savez quoi, on va consulter un spécialiste pour son expertise et ses soins, et non pour se faire un nouvel ami ou rencontrer Mr. Personnalité. Faut quand même être indulgeant, on a pas tous les mêmes traits de caractère....

J'ai tenté de rejoindre son bureau pendant UNE semaine : impossible de parler à l a secrétaire, trop occupée. (soyez patient, on vous répondra....) j'ai écouté de la musique pendant 45 minutes tous les jours et, le vendredi matin, de 9h à 11,30h et on n'a jamais répondu!!!

I was in and out of his office within 5 minutes, without a chance to even take off my coat. I was prescribed a cream (no explanation why) and no suggestion for a follow up visit. It was only when I got the prescription from the pharmacy that I learned that the cream is for pre-cancer! No sign of caring or communication from this doctor.

I had a very strange experience with Dr. Osama Rushdy. First, I came for my annual checkup with this doctor because my doctor had retired. He asked what my problem was and I said I wanted to check if my skin was okay (I am a cancer patient) and also to treat a warts, scales and some spots on my skin. The doctor didn't examine my body skin, just did a quick calculation of how much it would cost to remove the wart and other spots on my face, and gave me a piece of paper with a link to a website that explains how to check myself for skin cancer (which I can't do myself...).
I don't think Medicare should be charged for such a dishonest appointment (3 min maximum)and just for the website link. At least I need a checkup, which I always got at my previous dermatologist.

It’s unfortunate that I have to leave this review because my first visit was excellent. My second visit was a nightmare. I booked the second appointment about a different issue that was alarming but was only able to book it a month or 2 later. Finally got to my appointment, got there early in case I get stuck in the metro, and they didn’t even take the time to examine my issue closer. They just looked at my skin for a split second and said to use an over the counter product and basically just told me to leave.. At least cancel my appointment if that’s what you’re going to just tell me after travelling over an hour away. I really wouldn’t recommend.
