Possibly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a provider. She was condescending, rude, and didn’t even address the concern I was presenting with. She did a cervical exam after asking my permission and my declining it. Her nails were pointy/coffin shaped and the exam was much more painful than others I’ve experienced. She also made a comment “Oh my god, you’re freaking out!” After the cervical exam… I don’t think I was freaking out, but even if I was, that’s a wild thing for a provider to say to a patient. I’m honestly still kind of in a funk about this experience and I pray she is not present at my delivery.
