Dr. ( and I use the term loosely), Veri operated on my mothers heel and ankle about 2 years ago. She is an elderly but was an extremely active and vibrant woman. Going for lengthy walks frequently, gardening, doing her own pool cleaning, housework, shopping etc…
Since her operation she has experienced extreme swelling as well as severe pain on a daily basis. She has not been able to do any of the things she used to do daily. My mom has no family Dr. so has had to make many trips to the ER for help with the pain which entailed hours upon hours of wait times. The follow up and after care has been appalling to say the least. He presents as arrogant, uncaring and condescending and this is totally unacceptable. My mother is now in severe declining health ( due to her cancer, not his fault) but has had to endure an unimaginable amount of pain and discomfort for the last two years and that has seriously impacted her quality of what life she has left. Thanks Dr. ?, for making what could be my mother’s conclusion on her life’s journey, absolute hell for her!
I wouldn’t let you within five miles of me if I needed care. I would have been better off taking her to my Vet for this surgery!
Shame on you damn-it ! Shame on you!
