Bernie was lovely during prenatal visits, but a completely different person at my birth. NOT a pleasant experience. She had no interest in listening to my concerns or needs and was extremely rude to me, my husband, and the nursing staff. I was appalled at her behavior. I would not recommend her to anyone.
