Had tooth pain. She took me same day for quick exam on upper side of mouth. Prescribed medication to start right away. Said i need extraction. Went back after 2 exams and had it done. on Aug. 25, 2023. At home after, starting vomiting . Called office and told them. They said someone would call me. Still waiting. Saw nurse as i live in retirement home . Said stop taking this medication.. I am elderly and have health issues. Dr. did not take this into consideration. Had another appointment and cancelled it as no one called to see how i was, or help me. Am afraid to go back to Dr. Saadat. Still in pain and need another experienced, caring dentist. Difficult to rate her knowledge as don't know. She should have been thorough looking into my health and treat me accordingly.

She is very full of herself, only try to make money off clients without caring about client needs. She is not a sincere nor professional and very unethical about her work. Don’t come see her!

She is the best dentist ever. No words can describe how knowledgeable she is , caring for the patient. I used to have phobia from dentists. She always does my tratments with no pain. last visit, I had emergency appointment as I had severe tooth pain, she gave me apointment immediately and had to extract my wisdom tooth in like 15 min she was done. Highly recommended and will never try to go to anyone else. The clinic is very clear and the team is great.

great clinic! they were able to see me on short notice after i had throbbing pain for days. they explained the treatment thoroughly and the rootcanal and new crown was done without any pain

Really good dentist and clinic. I lived close to north york dental and have been a patient there for many years, after moving i decided to find a place closer to home. no other clinic compares to north york, it is clean and the staff is very accomodating, even though the commute is an hour for me, i continue to come for dr. saadat and the staff. Would recommend this clinic to everyone

Dr. Houra Saadat gave me a wrong consultation. I have a huge gap (2 lower front teeth are missing). She mentioned that she guarantee that she can cover entire gap with Invisalign only. I was almost about to sign contract. Went to a few other orthodontist for consultation just to be sure and all of them mentioned that it won't be possible to close such a huge gap with just Invisalign

The short story here was that I had been to Dr. Sadat the year before for a crown on a root canal. I am a very nervous patient and she was excellent. This year however, her behaviour was appalling. Rude, unprofessional and she walked out of the examination room without so much as an apology as she refused to do the work. Threw her hands up in the air and said "I'm not touching that tooth". And walked out. Who treats patients in that m anner. I was visibly distressed, sweating as she was arguing with me about why I was there and saying the exact opposite of what my periodontist had said two days ago!
No apology, no goodbye, no trying to make it work. Just stormed out of the room.
Never, never had I been treated in such an unprofessional manner by a doctor. I will never go back there again.

They seem money hungry. Not a very good experience. Since certain things were covered in insurance she suggested to go for it even if it was not required. Refrain from going to her.

Bad experience. She and her dental hygienist both pushed for Invisalign because of my insurance coverage even when I said clearly I was not interested. Visibly very money hungry
