Dr. Montana needs to work on her empathy and time management. It is not my fault that she was "running behind". I paid my consult like everyone else, and I was there on time. She refused to answer any of my questions, she came to a conclusion without conducting a proper exam and study of my symptoms (she did not care to hear what they were--pretty much in those words), and rudely grabbed my phone, paper and pen, which were beside me on the exam table, with her own hands to get me off the table and out of the office. I was in tears and she still walked away without a look back. I do not ever want to see this "professional" again.
