I went to Allcare consultants on Monday, March 3 with shingles. Dr. Sires was the doctor that treated me. She has been with the practice one month. She diagnosed the shingles and gave me some prescriptions. My symptoms continued to worsen with unbearable pain. I called the answering service at 6:30 am on Wed. March 5 and was told the message would be sent to Dr. Sires. I called the office at 8:30 am and was told Dr. Sires would call when she got the message between patients. I called two more times. The last time I called I was hysterically crying with excruciating pain. Amber answered the phone and said I had to have patience. when I said this was a complete emergency she laughed and put me on hold. I went to the emergency. today is March 9 and Dr. Sires has never called. I give her zero stars.
