I am from Germany. Because of my husband's job, since 2003 I use to visit Huntsville, AL at least twice a year (although recently not so often, unfortunately). I've been going to Dr. Bruce since 1998. If I may use an old fashioned term, he is truly "painless". He first uses a topical to numb the gums before using the needle to insert the real painkiller, but even then his touch is so gentle I never feel the needle -- something other dentists have never achieved.

His staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I just broke a tooth, just minutes after the office closed today, but I have no doubt I'll be able to get in to see him tomorrow.

I started with Dr. Bruce my first week in Huntsville after ending up with a bad tooth during the relocation. That was in 1999, and I have been extremely happy. His staff is delightful and they are very easy to work with in regards to my busy schedule.

The best dentist I have ever used. On top of that, a great staff. Almost makes it fun to go to the dentist. I would recommend Dr. Bruce highly.

My wife and I have been using Dr. Bruce for over 15 years. He is by far the most caring and gentle dentist I have used in my many many years of life. His staff is very stable which is a testimony to his caring nature.

Very wonderful dentist! I get anxious with medical and dental procedures and he made me feel at ease. You have to pay upfront and they file insurance for you for reimbursment, but it is worth it.

I have been a patient of Dr.Bruce's for at least 10 years. He's wonderful.Very gentle and caring. Always on time. And always very friendly.Very likable person. I am afraid everytime I get into the chair but he makes it easy and less painful.His staff is great too.

Dr. Bruce has cured my fobia of dentists! I used to have to be drugged and gassed but my last few visits I've had none of these things. He has a very gentle manner, takes his time and stops when you need to. I would recomend him highly. Especially to those who are afraid of the dentist.
