Like many of the other reviews, we just love her, the staff and the office! We purposefully drive out to the Yucca Valley office just because it’s so cute inside!!!!

Love the doctor, the care and the compassion and time they take with our kids!!!

Easily the best pediatric dentist in the area. As a retired dentist I'm cautious of my kids (and now grand kids) going to the dentist. After "checking her work," in my opinion, I have ever seen more professional, and for that matter just plain beautiful, fillings. I know folks here have commented on her professionalism and dimeanor, I'm saying that her work is in the top 1% I've ever seen. Plus, she's working on kids, squirmy kids with tiny teeth. I'm amazed at the quality she produces. Happy she was referred to us in the desert.

Amazing dentist and staff at the Palm Springs office. It took us a while to find them. They don't advertise much and I guess you don't have to if you're really good and keep your patients for a long time. She's super friendly, very knowledgeable and DID NOT recommend or try to up sell us. Her and the staff there really have the kids' best interest in mind. A breath of fresh air compared to the horror stories I've heard from other parents at other offices. So blessed to have found her and know we have our kids' dentist for life...or at least until they're 18 :-)

Thanks so much Dr. Lauren!!!!

Ok, so I normally don't fill these out, but this is a special case for a couple of reasons. First - Dr. Lauren is PERFECT!!!! Second - I was witness to probably some of the worst parenting I've ever seen in my life--basically blaming everything that her child was doing on the dentist and the staff so I had to say something to defend her!!! I witnessed a lady basically yell, at the top of her voice, at the staff and Dr. Lauren for "yelling" at her child. My son was in the chair next to them and we heard the whole thing, she did raise her voice slightly w/ the child, but only after nearly 20 minutes of trying basically everything in the book to calm the child down - I know from having a "wild child" that sometimes simply raising your voice works - this lady full blown flipped out and started yelling at everyone saying that she'd go on every website and write evil reviews about her. With that said, Dr. Lauren stayed professional and was REALLY nice to them. MUCH RESPECT TO HER!!!!

Was going to switch dentists at "My Kid's Dentist" in San Jacinto and then heard that our previous pediatric dentist was leaving (or being replaced) so we stayed to see if the new one would be any good. Glad we did. Luckily, she was amazing with my daughter. We got to know Dr. Lauren right away, VERY personable, VERY professional, EXTREMELY patient and beyond kind. Not sure if this is big deal, but it was to me - after my sons procedure she called our home to check on him and see if I had any questions. She actually called us from her home, not the office. Just nice to see that some people still care out there. New pediatric dentist for life!!! FYI: Saw her at the office on 1821 South San Jacinto Avenue (951) 654-7883 (not the Palm Springs one listed above). Maybe she works in multiple offices? If she's reading these, THANKS SO MUCH!!!

First off, let me say that I am HUMBLED by how good she really is. My kids have been going to the same pediatric dentist for nearly 10 years. We thought he was the best. He was out one day and Dr. Lauren covered for him, she showed me things that I didn't believe. My kids, who had "perfect teeth" for 10 years(words of my dentist)had cavities, a lot of them. At the beginning I was upset and thought she was lying, I went to another dentist and he said the same thing she did. That they had cavities that had been around for a while. I went back and had her show me the xrays. She was right. Some were small, some were HUGE, and I question how someone (who was the best???) didn't see them. That said, when I went back, with my tail between my legs, she was SO NICE about everything (I was kind of short and mean to be honest) but she completely understood. She said, "Look, if it were my children,I'd get second and third opinions too-I just want what is best for kids". My kids and I LOVE HER!

Dr. Lauren was my child's 'substitute' dentist at Dr. Lowe's in Whittier. I was under the impression that she was there permanently, but I guess she is part time. Bums me out, she's was exceptional with my daughter, first time she didn't cry! Hope she comes back. I've only heard great things about her. *Also, I know that they're really busy, but she stopped and explained EVERYTHING she was going to do, then explained everything to my little one (in words she could understand! e.g., she got the little bugs out..so cute. She also used a technique I hadn't seen before, but basically my daughter never saw any needles/shots, instead she played a game with her, then injected to numb her. My little one didn't even know she had received an injection! Now if she could use the same technique on my big baby husband!

So how come I go to see 5 different "specialists" about an issue my son is having, none of them have any idea what he has. It took nearly 3 years to get a proper diagnosis. Then, I go see my pediatric dentist and she takes one look in his mouth and she knows exactly what it is? I was so impressed with her professionalism and her KNOWLEDGE; she is brilliant. I'm so sad she is leaving (finishing the program at LLU), if she stays in California, I'll probably follow her.

Great Ped's dentist at Loma Linda University School of Pediatrict Dentistry. GREAT with kids, super patient with my autistic son. So far, the ONLY pediatric dentist that was able to work on him WITHOUT putting him under general anesthesia. VERY NICE, but also laid down the law when my son got a bit rowdy (a good thing in my opinion!). Thanks so much, Tammy!!!
