The doctor and her staff left me there for several hours without any explanation. They did not answer my questions. They did not adequately anesthetize me and told me to be quiet when I tried to ask them why I was awake for a procedure for which I was supposed to be asleep. They did not complete the procedure, so I had to go somewhere else and have it entirely redone. They gave no information to my friend who was waiting to drive me home, although they said that they had, and he was frantic with worry because of the lengthy delay. It was my worst medical experience ever.

I am very dissatisfied with this office and the way they do business. I can never get an appointment with the same doctor and have received conflicting advice that has lead to unnecessary procedures. They sent me away after an endoscopy with no after-care advice (I was having trouble digesting even the blandest of foods). When I called for a follow up appointment they told me the doctor could not see me for 6 weeks. I asked the receptionist what I was supposed to do, just look on the internet for treatment? She said no, that is not a good idea, but unfortunately they do not have any appointments. I have found the doctor to be uncaring and very dismissive of my symptoms. Even though these are symptoms they probably see every day does not mean they are nothing to me! Even with an 8am appointment I have had to wait in the exam room for 20 minutes. The physician assistant, Anne, is very nice and caring but she is unable to do large procedures.

Best GI office in the area, hands down! And best PA I've ever seen! Would highly recommend this practice to anyone looking for quality care by a compassionate team.

What a great office! Never met a nicer group of people--sharp, friendly, helpful--from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor and physician assistants--they even wrote down all their suggestions at the end of the visit for me! I will be referring my family and friends. Oh yeah, the procedures (endoscopy-colonoscopy) were a walk in the park!!
