I recently had an abdominoplasty by Dr. Mandell Brown and I cannot imagine a better experience with the surgeon or the staff. The initial consultation with the surgeon was very thorough--informative and professional. On the day of surgery, I was somewhat worried going into the procedure, and a kind nurse distracted me by be sincerely excited for me and how I would look after the procedure. She also held my hand until I was sedated. After surgery (four pounds of skin removed and over 100 stitches), I had only slight discomfort (not enough for pain medication). Six weeks out, still no pain, healing quickly and it appears scaring will be minimal. Such a great experience. Dr. Mandell-Brown came highly recommended and I can now add my voice to that recommendation.

Dr. Mandell-Brown is The Plastic Surgeon in the country. The only reason I gave him a 4 on punctuality is because my wait time to see him for a consultation was way too long and the day of surgery he was 90 minutes late getting started. My other two appointments were very much on time. His staff, his knowledge and his helpfulness deserve 5 stars. I am within 30 minutes of his office and I loved the fact that his surgeries are performed on site.

Performed complete face-lift on me, by accident. Was specifically told not wanted in medical records. Detached my entire face and almost my ears completely. Surgery sites had immediate severe infection. He then had no time to deal with me. I kept getting the run around. Post on. Had to go to my family physician to get prescribed antibiotics. Then was informed by attorneys he has had numerous complaints. And one person died because he waited too long to send them to the hospital. Please check out his medical history before even entering his office. He did notmeet with me the morning if my surgery. He wad very Kate getting to work and I was 1st surgery. Supposed to be a simple in office no anesthesia quick lift. He convinced me to have anesthesia the night before surgery. Nursing staff and anesthesioligist, put me under before he ever came in and went over my procedure, as is customary.

Absolutely a wonderful experience from first consultation to follow-up visits after surgery. I had breast augmentation surgery, and the staff at Mandell-Brown was amazing. They were very informative, it was obvious that they were very experienced. They made me feel comfortable every step of the way. They complete the surgery in their office. I was provided VERY detailed information to prepare for surgery, including weeks prior, the day before and day of, and for what to be prepared for (and have on hand so I could purchase anything needed to have it ready) post surgery. The next morning after the surgery they met with me for a post-op check. I then went back 1-2 weeks later and then another two. They provided me with instructions for how to care for the sutures but also after the stitches were out, how to 'care' for the breasts, etc. Most importantly - they work was WONDERFUL! I went up 1 cup size and they look SO NATURAL it is unbelievable. I could not be more pleased. Tiny scars that you can barely even see. A++++ rating here, and I would HIGHLY recommend. For any other future work that I may decide to have, it will be with Mandell-Brown.

I looked around my area within 75 miles to find a very qualified plastic surgeon who had a clinic rather than going to a hospital to keep the cost down. I found Dr. Mandell's clinic and I couldn't have been happier. The staff was friendly and very helpful and Dr. Brown was as nice of a doctor that I have ever been to. I also was very happy with the outcome of my otoplasty. I would recommend this doctor for anyone having plastic surgery. Rick

I loved the Staff and Nurse Megan! Dr Mandell kept everything professional and educated me through the whole process. My results are great and my recovery was super fast and easy. I had so many questions and concerns and they always answered all my phone calls.
