Although I had great confidence in the physicians at FFP the I found most of the staff, especially the receptionist to be extremely unhelpful, rude and uncaring. I even pointed out to the office manager that the staff should be told that the office is a doctors office, not a business and the people who come there are patients, not customers. I changed Doctors because of the staff

I have known this Dr. for 30 years. He is truly a caring individual who still makes house calls! He has so many patients though so be prepared to wait.
