Dr Kassab did cataract surgery on both eyes. Cannot say enough good things about Dr Kassab; she was very engaging and provided all the information about what the procedure was and how it was to be done . During and following surgery Dr Kassab was available to answer any questions and provide any needed support. Having the care and procedure done by her and the support from the office staff was most encouraging.

From beginning to end everyone was a joy to work with. Dr. Kassab was fantastic. Happy to be getting surgery but disappointed about wait between appointments. Assume she is very busy.

I too was referred to Dr. Kassab from Urgent Care and had to listen to a lecture from her on use of emergency services. Less than helpful, did not have a diagnosis. Left feeling frustrated after having waited 3.5 hours to basically being handed off again after a 5 minute conversation. I'm sure she is a great doctor unfortunately I was not able to experience her skills.

I thought Dr. Kassab was superb. She is highly intelligent, with a good sense of humour, and front of the eye surgery is all she does. My optometrist was very impressed with the work she did in my cataract surgery. By making the incision where she did, which was not the standard place, he said she significantly improved my astigmatism. I was extremely near-sighted and while I will never have perfect vision, I can now drive without glasses if I had to, which is a miracle for me. She also found lenses that would work without me paying thousands more for specialty lenses. I also think their clinic is pretty well organized.

Dr. Kassab completed my cataract surgery on both eyes in March 2021. She was very kind and took the time to explain the procedure. Through the whole process she was able to put my mind as ease as I was very nervous. I had read some previous not so nice comments but I found those to not be true in my case. I would recommend her to my friends and family. I have 20/20 vision in both eyes and am very happy with the outcome.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and did a great job! I was pretty nervous about getting my cataract surgery because I have autoimmune issues. She put me at ease and was very patient with my poor hearing. The result was amazing and I can’t thank her enough.

The lenses in my eyes are a different size and one eye is blurred. She was rude as well.
No problem if we complain she has endless patients.

Sent to Dr. Kassab from Urgent Care- had to listen to a lecture from her on use of emergency services. Not helpful, did not have a diagnosis, did not provide information. Complained eyes were dilated (which was done by her resident). If it isn't an emergency, go to someone else.

Dr. Kassab is a very skilled, friendly, caring and thorough surgeon. She explained the procedure well and addressed all my concerns. Both eyes were treated for cataracts with success and without issue. She and her staff were friendly and professional.
