Canceled a telehealth appointment because I wasn't local to Vancouver. Even though he signed up for TIA knowing it's patients from all over.

Very disreputable doctor, I would avoid.

I first met Dr. Vilonel last year around June via Tia Health. He’s not only professional, but is also very empathetic. He listened to my concern, and provided kind, reassuring words.

this doctor is extremely kind and professional. During the phone appointment via Tia health, Dr. Etienne was very helpful and patient as he took his time to explain the vaccine prescription and answer all my questions. I believe Dr. Etienne truly cares about his patients.

I had an appointment with this doctor that was urgently needed on TIA health. I could not for the life of me get into a walk in clinic or see my family doctor. He took my concerns seriously, listened to my health history, and immediately put me on antibiotics. I have had a lot of troubles with doctors not prescribing me antibiotics when I have infections which can be dangerous for me since I have an autoimmune disease. We need more types of doctors like Dr. Etienne! Overall 5 stars ⭐️!

Called via TIAHealth. Extremely professional, very knowledgeable and good communication, made sure to specifically seek Dr. Vilonel out again to get a second appointment after the experience of the first. Highly recommend.

I booked through Tia Health. The appointments I did manage to secure with Dr. Vilonel were cancelled multiple times because I "could not be reached" even though I was next to my phone every time. Very frustrating.
