OK dentist but she is unprofessional and does not even say hello to her patients. Spends most of her time gossiping with her staff. Feels like her patients are an inconvenience to her.

Professional, skilled, organized & a warm personality. She explained what she was doing when she was doing it to ease the nerves, amazing with children and those who are nervous for procedures. Highly recommend her!

No words!! she is perfect if you are super scarred like me, got 2 wisdom tooth removed in one sitting. I couldn't imagine to get one on done. I was so scarred that on my first session meeting on my cleanup day, when i saw Dr. Crystal I started shivering, that described my anxiety. She made me comfortable with NO2 and freezing agents, i don't know mostly lidocaine, or procaine. It was intensive procedure than anticipated esp. lower right. I could feel the pressure but her intermittent talks made me comfortable as well. She was recommended from my colleague. All in gist she is just wonderful. and her staff is excellent as well. Even called me and ask How am I doing, Post-Op. Must visit!!! If not make urs

Went to Dr. Krasilowez this morning. Had a root canal and crown this morning. It was great. Looks great and feels great and no pain. No pain reliever needed.

Arrogant and rude. Talks down to patients as if they were dummies. She treats patients differently depending on who she's treating. Don't expect fairness. Unprofessional as well when it comes to gossiping about patients to nurses.

Excellent with children! Everyone at this office is so patient and understanding with young children. They sure made the overall experience a lot more enjoyable for this momma. Highly recommend this office for children!

Where should I start? Worst dentist ever! Yeah that's a good start. I have gone a few times now and she has never been on time. Lets face it, punctuality isn't always the strong suit of any doctors office but when your experience is so bad, it just makes it more obvious that she's always late. The office looks like a nice place but it doesn't take long to see that it has more class then Dr Krasilowez. I cant believe that she would talk about other dentists, people or her own staff above patients! Will not be going back!
