Dr. Sreenivasan really listens and empathizes. Then she provides information and a way forward. I've seen her twice. In that time she helped me resolve a tripping problem. She was encouraging. She designed a response that was specific to my situation and my needs. After the follow-up I left her office feeling great and empowered.

Dr S and her team has been with me since my first days at the Ottawa rehab when I became a quadriplegic. She has guided me through all my health issues with the best care and compassion. She has gone above and beyond to help me and my family especially when my daughter found out she had MS. She referred us to Dr Rush at the MS clinic and my daughter was able to get into a clinical trial which has most likely saved her life. Overall the for me has been nothing but amazing health care..

I just saw this doctor as an inpatient and as an outpatient she told me that I would have difficulty walking and she was right unfortunately. She and her team did her best to support me about this. It was hard news to hear but my time at rehab centre was well spent.

One thing I particularly like with Dr.S is that she often starts my sessions by asking if I have any questions or concerns. That way I can clarify all my doubts right away. She spends a lot of quality time talking to me--especially making eye contact--and does not keep looking at a computer or the clock as other doctors do. She is thorough, very patient and knowledgeable. I also find her tips on alternative medicine useful. She is truly a blessing for this community. God bless her and give her long life.

She took great care of me! I didn’t know that I could get help for half the issues with my multiple sclerosis that I was experiencing including my muscle spasm. She recommended a team approach to my problem and now I rarely fall.

I experienced her care (and her team's) at the rehab centre in 2016 after my spinal surgery. From the doctors, nurses, rehab and occupational therapists the support, compassionate care and the general ambience of the hospital helped so much to get me back on my feet and for which help, support, encouragement I shall always remain very grateful, We are privileged to experience such high level and quality of care in Ottawa.

Dr S has always gone above and beyond for me. She rarely keeps me waiting and when she has she comes and explains she is running late and gives me a rough estimate of when my appt will start. She has called me on weekends to give me test results!

Dr. Vidya Sreenivasan rocks! She is very knowledgeable in her field and is extremely caring. She spends time carefully diagnosing your problem and also let you ask any number of questions or challenge her views--she doesn't get huffy or rush through appointments.

Dr. Vidya Sreenivasan is a very caring doctor and spends a lot of time with patients, answering every question. She does not rush through the appointment even if it exceeds the time. She helped my wife with a nagging arm pain that others were unable to diagnose for years.
