I have been a patient for 2;years and have been very impressed with her level of care and expertise. I have worn corrective lenses/glasses since I was a child and I have never had an optometrist this thorough. Her equipment is state of the and her staff is excellent. I would highly recommend Dr Rossini for all of your eye care needs.

She was great when she first come to London years ago.Now she wants you to keep coming back for test that she has done several times before, she is only worried about the money not her clients well being.

Dr Rossini has been my optometrist for many years. She has taken care of both of my daughters since their first visit to an optometrist and now my granddaughter. She is very knowledgeable, compassionate, helpful and very thorough. As a family, the thought of ever going to someone else was never on the table, simply because we have the best. As per waiting time, I have never had to wait for a very long time. No offense to anyone, if you want an amazing doctor, you should expect to wait a little.

I've been going to Dr. Rossini for about 20years. Very knowledgeable and helpful. She always took the time to answer all my question. She may not be the most punctual, but as with many specialist, I'm sure its difficult to predict how long each patient will require. So expect to wait a bit past your appointment time, but when your time comes, she will make you feel like the most important client in the world.

There’s NO WAY she could ever get a 5 on punctuality—automatically those are all fake reviews. Been going there for YEARS and she’s always way behind on her appointments—way behind.

Beware Dr rossini is only worried about her own pocket. She does unnecessary tests and bills covered seniors. I know this from experience. Please don't waste your time and money.

Amazing eye doctor... I would recommend her to everyone. She is caring and compassionate and always is thorough, I have all my family and friend going to her. So looking forward to her new location. I will support her to the end.

I've also been a patient of Dr. Rossini's for about 20 years. Always professional and I've never known her to recommend anything I didn't need or charge extra fees. From the start I could see that she is a more serious and reserved personality, which I admit I found a bit off-putting at first. Seems to have 'lightened up' slightly in the last few years. No matter though, I'd rather have a good doctor over a pleasant one with less knowledge.
