filling in for a colleague, he was pissed off that he had to deal with me, he was pissed that he didn't have my complete file, all he was doing was removing the nose fins, he was dismissive, pissed off, arrogant, treated me like i was a piece of crap beneath his feet, i left totally offended, talked to me like i was less than zero. implied i was unclean in my nose and not rinsing it as prescribed at which i was adamantly doing so, i was told 2 x a day i was doing 3-4 times a day..

Kenny doesn't like his job or want to do it, I've had my nose broken multiple times but this is my first time seeing Kenny Ngo. He says my nose is fine even though it's visibly twisted and I have trouble breathing, he admitted it's "slightly" messed up when it's quite more than that. Then he went on to say that it's an allergy problem and can't be re-corrected.

Kenny, I could breathe properly before getting headbutted in the face, I guess when my nose cracked and I bled all over the place for the 2nd time, it must've triggered some allergic response which is stopping me from breathing correctly! That has to be a world first. It's not broken, it's just allergies he says. Allergies that have never affected me until I got headbutted, makes sense.

It's always in 1 ear and out the other with these so called doctors these days. They treat their clients like a fast food customer in a drive thru.

My doctor was on holidays, for my “fin” removal. This doctor was annoyed he had to deal with me, I over heard… then immediately annoyed because it was painful for me and I pulled back…, very condescending..and dismissal…told me most people rinse several times a day it’s very crusty.. I said I was told 2 x daily and have been like clock work…still he was annoyed…and once he took the fins out he look inside and said ok take up anything else with him.. meaning my doctor..his office colleague..
I am actually offended by his callousness regardless of what his actual skills are. A doctor does not need to be arrogant and callous

Dr Ngo is a very knowledgeable, compassionate person. He performed timely nose surgery for my partner with successful results. Good communication.
Office staff is friendly and helpful.

This guy’s an idiot Would not listen to me prescribed meds I had already been on that made thing worse so why not try 2 ? told I could not possibly be feeling “ that” because he had never heard of it .Painful procedure because he was rushing. Tried giving me directives that were already in place but would he listen he’ll no!!!!

I tried to explain my concerns, medical history with Dr. Ngo but he did not seem interested. I asked him for feedback on my numerous issues and he stated he couldn’t help me because he was not involved in any of my last diagnosis. He would not listen to anything I was trying to share. He complained about the lack of support he was receiving ie. Professionals in his field and while I tried to be supportive of his first ration I really just wanted to try and discuss my own personal challenges. His communication was short and he displayed no sense of compassion. The procedure with the scope was painful. I had had this procedure twice before with other specialist and it went very smoothly. My throat is raw now and I am so upset with the entire visit.

Dr Ngo is kind and knowledgeable. He went out of his way to reassure me and answer all my questions. He contacted a specialist/surgeon very quickly and explained my situation in detail. I received a call from the surgeon the following day. I am very grateful.

Dr. NGO is a wonderful, kind and caring Doctor He has done 2 Biospys on my tongue. Very difficult procedure, I'm sure . It was terrible for me but I got through both of them as well as expected. I would highly recommend him to anyone with ENT problems.

Dr Ngo was pleasant and on time. He had to perform a small proceedure and was professional and reassuring. Very impressed and I have complete confidence in him and his staff.
