I have bringing my mother every 6 weeks for past 2 years. At first appointment time was honored. However, it has been getting worse, as thought they are trying to squeeze more people in less time. Dr Wagoner is nice and knowledgeable, and we like his work. But the practice in general needs help in time management (we waited more than 55 minutes today in the waiting area, and received no apology or explanation) and in privacy practices . The staff reviews each patients personal information including name, address, phone, and insurance details in the main lobby. Very awkward.
