I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Chris and the staff at Mind Body Spirit Care. I have been seeing her for years for migraine and with her recommends and acupuncture I was able to come off all my medications.

Dr. Chris listens and is very patient. Her treatments have helped me with a variety of ailments from allergies, to PMS, and currently a frozen shoulder. Her suggestions for supplements have been spot on!

Dr. Chris is an excellent acupuncturist. I moved from New York and was recommended to see Dr. Chris for fertility by a friend. She spent over an hour in consult with me discussing diet, lifestyle and treatment options for fertility. Within 3 months of making the recommended diet and lifestyle changes and weekly acupuncture sessions I was pregnant. I also continued to see her for pregnancy symptoms of nausea and reflux with equally good results. I highly recommend Dr. Chris for fertility or any other pregnancy related issues.
