Not sure I should laugh or be angry for writing this . staff is so terribly unknowledgeable about insurance and then they play stupid games of fooling the patient . Inspite of having valid insurance they charged me $100 ,stating some $40 referral and $60 x ray exam which is ridicules as I have $50 co pay who cares about referral when we have insurance and they they blatantly change statement . After proving them they are wrong , now they want to file two claims on one day saying adjustments not allowed in first visit etc etc . Most hilarious statement is when the billing lady told me that she can’t speak to me as it’s against HIPPA policy really you are disclosing info to the patient not third person . I asked her so now I have to drive 30 minutes to get billing question answers just do as not to violate HIPPA.. my Tati g would be -1
