I was given medicine (nasal spray) without being told what the medicine was and ended of very ill from an allergic reaction. Whilst meeting with this doctor I tried to explain to him that my breathing difficulties were not do to allergies or being sick. Dr. French completely disregarded anything I said and prescribed me allergy medicine anyways. It was a horrid experience. A waste of time and money and I am still left wondering what is causing my breathing difficulties and how I can fix it.

Very poor follow up on issues. Orders expensive test but doesn't even take the time to explain results or point you in another direction to find issues for your health concerns. Complete waste of time.

Dr French is a miracle worker. Got new tubes in my ear and I can actually hear again.
He and his staff in both the Conyers and Covington location are superb.
The appointments are always prompt very thorough, never rushed through.
I can't say enough about Dr French other than say thank you so much for helping
me get my hearing back.

Staff seemed to have trouble setting up my MRI and getting answers to my questions. Also my MRI did not cover everything I understood the doctor wanted scanned. Whe at appointments, however, staff seems efficient and are polite. Dr. French has been very friendly & knowledgeable and has taken the time to explain my condition and make reccommendations.
