I had an amazing experience going through my first surgery in my life thanks to Dr.Harvey and his team. Had a nodule on my left thyroid and went through removal procedure. Surgery was successful and the best part was that I did not have to take any pain killer at all. After a week of recovery I was fine going back to work (working from home). I would strongly recommend Dr.Harvey to anyone who needs his help.

Despite all the comments here about his staff - yes, it is hard to get hold of her. But as long as you leave her a message with your needs, she ensures to get back to you within a day or two with the info you need.

Dr. Harvey is amazing and helped me when i needed it most. I had a lump that another Dr. Told me i was crazy to want it removed, after several arguments i was referred to Dr. Harvey and he removed the lump which turned out to be cancer in my Thyroid. Dr. Harvey preformed 2 surgeries on me to remove my thyroid completely. Dr. Harvey was really good at making sure all my questions were answered with making me feel confident that i was in the best care. I have an amazing incision hard to see. Dr. Harvey is great at making you feel comfortable and at ease. Anyone who needs anything Thyroid related is lucky to have Dr. Harvey as their surgeon.

Dr. H operated on me in 2016 after I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. An amazing doctor who was professional with his students, professional with his staff, and especially professional with me during a really scary time. It was my first surgery, and him and his staff made me feel comfortable and confident in the outcome. The incision healed wonderfully and I am almost 5 years cancer free! Thank you, doctor!

Dr. Harvey is great but his staff is terrible. After my surgery I had to call the office as the pharmacist had questions about my prescriptions. I called more than once and ended up having to call the hospital. There was another time I called and left numerous messages (1 a week) with no return phone call. I ended up going to my own doctor. Even when booking an appointment they do not call back. I had to call three times.

This rating is explicitly for the office staff. To date, with over a half of dozen calls to the office staff voice mail, we still have not received a return call, nothing. We are waiting for a surgery date which we were told would be within a 90 day window. We are now at over 65 days and have not heard back from the office AT ALL as to when the surgery will be. The office staff are worse then horrible.
