The front office staff are rude and dismissive. It took 7-10 days to get an appointment to see Dr. Hendrex and then the wait was long once I got there. He is unable to answer any questions until he goes to speak with his team and this happened three times during one visit, with a long wait each time he left. I was in dire need of a orthopedic surgeon because of the intense pain in my left knee due to a total knee replacement. Dr. Hendrex did nothing to help me at all. Not only did he not help but he denied my request for a mobility chair after leading me to believe he would approve the request. This doctor has done nothing but impede my attempts to regain my independance by refusing to find a doctor who could help me and refusing to improve my mobility with a chair. I have since found a doctor who has found an orthopedic surgeon for me. Within a week of seeing my new doctor, I had an appointment with an orthopedic surgeon. If you don't feel comfortable with your doctor, find a new one
