Staff is horrible! During covid, procedures not followed by phone properly. Dr. Lim usually gives good assessment and advice but can be judgemental.

Dr. Lim has been an amazing family Doctor for both myself and my family. She is attentive, helpful, and always takes phenomenal care of us. Amazing!!!

I have had Dr. Lim as my family Doctor for nearly a decade and I have nothing but amazing things to say about her. She is compassionate and thorough which is why I have always been referred to the top specialists for everything I have needed (which included open heart surgery, pregnancy, lipoma removal and a breast reduction) She is also my Mother's and Son's family doctor. So grateful to have the support that I do from her.

Dr. Lim is very nice, I am a medical student in my 4th year and after rotating through various clinics and seeing standard of care. Dr. Lim only addresses the issues you bring up. If you do not know that you should be getting colonoscopy for general screening after 50 she will not recommend it (which is the STANDARD of care for screening for COLON CANCER), or check if you have gotten your flu vaccine etc. There is no health maintenance, no proper follow up and discussion about blood work or any panel of chemistries sent. For individuals who are not like me who do not know what they should be getting done to make sure their health is ok, sure you wouldn't know the difference in what you should be tested for and the lack of tests being sent. I'd recommend someone else. This is after spending 3+ years with her.
Staff is absolutely terrible, barely english speaking and never want to do any work. Absolutely horrid. They do not like calling and following up with people, which is their job...
P.S if anyone thinks doctors googling diagnosis etc on their laptops is standard care...it is not.

Dr. Lim has been my doctor for years. She is very helpful and always takes the time to explain treatment options, medication etc. to me. I would definitely recommend her. The staff there is terrible. I have had lots of problems with them.

I'm very satisfied with the care I've been provided by Dr. Lim. She seems very knowledgable and always takes the time to answer all of my questions, even on days were she seems very busy. She's always very personable and kind, and never condescending at all or judgemental.
She will refer you to specialista right away and follow up on the results too. Have been taking my girls to her. I have been with her for almost 6 yeard

I really like Dr. Lim! She is very genuine and knowledgeable. Staff are okay, they do their job. Punctuality suffers because the Meadows clinic is a walk in and I believe those with appointments are affected from the walk ins.

She has been my doctor for approximately 6 years.Always friendly and thorough and communicates well!! The front desk staff can be a little snarky and not willing to be helpful at times
