Excellent! From the moment I called to make an appointment, Mariza was so kind and informative. When I arrived for my appointment everyone was so kind and welcoming. I was promptly taken back to Dr. Gringold’s office where he immediately make me feel at ease. He asked about my symptoms and cracked a few jokes along the way. Then Sarah took my vitals. She has a very gentle and easy way about her, making me feel even more comfortable. The actual exam was quick and painless and doctor was good at making personable conversation and being informative about each step of the exam. Afterwards he drew the specifics of what my surgical options would entail. Diana is also super friendly and made check out quick and easy. All the staff members treat the patients with respect. During my short wait in the waiting area I heard them take calls and interact with patients and they were all great with their knowledge, patience and customer service! I don’t like going to the doctor but everyone here made it an enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend Dr. Gingold and his staff!
