Blessed to have been directed to Dr Burns. He is very gentle, straight to the point, and will do things timely. He is right there and ready as soon as you need him. I actually miss seeing him and would love to have kept him my entire pregnancy. (Still love my OB too) I’ll forever be thankful for him helping give me the greatest gift I could ever have, my baby. Give him a shot, even a few. He is amazing.

Dr. Burns is an eccentric doctor and has unique mannerism, but that does not matter to me. He saved our family. My colleague told me not to waste time but make an appointment with him if I want a baby, so I did. As I met him several times, I got used to his way of communicating. I went through the oil flash and got pregnant! I know many women who have hard time getting pregnant, and I was very fortunate to meet Dr. Burns. Thank you Dr. Burns for giving us opportunity to have two wonderful daughters! He is a treasure of Huntington, WV~! Now I miss seeing Dr. Burns.

DO NOT waste your time! In a situation where time is so important, I implore you to see a different doctor!! Definitely has a “God complex” & acts as though he’s the only fertility specialist to see. Does not answer questions fully. No bedside manner & very condescending. Depending on which staff member you get, you may have a great experience or you will miss important dates because they take days to return your call.

Dr. Burns is very informed and helpul...and his staff is spectacular...but be forewarned he uses a very natural approach and is very old school in his methods. He was highly discouraging due to my age but he genuinely wants his patients to be successful. He'll do things I suggest after my own research but he offers very little advice. He's a nice and caring man...just old school.

Dr burns and his nurse mindy are awesome. I cannot say enough good things about him. The clinic is clean and the staff are all knowledgable and friendly. I would highly recommend.

Dr. Burns sincerely cares about and thinks about me and my health. He can be a little hard to warm up to, because he isn't an emotionally effusive person, but he is kind, intelligent and compassionate. He worked to make sure I understood what we were doing, where we were going from there and what that meant in lay terms. He was patient with me. He is a down to business guy, you won't have long hours of chitchat, but he is there focused on patients and takes their time and needs seriously. I really like him and highly recommend him.

After trying 3 1/2 years we are currently pregnant with IUI!!!!! Dr burns is amazing and some may find his behavior odd but my husband and I love it!!!!! He knows his stuff!

I went to Dr Burns after years of TTC, and did not appreciate the bed side manner of a local Dr. Dr Burn's spend a considerable amount of time with me explaning procedures and was very patient. I love him and his nurse Mindy, both have wonderful professionalism. I did become pregnant my very first try there and will be going back!

My wife and I went to Dr. Burns after trying several several years our selves. Criticisms of his bed side manner might he warranted, except I find hard to believe there can be a more caring and attentive Dr. He would call us on the weekends to see if my wife was ovulating and would come in on the weekends to do inseminations. Finally after a year of trying we were able to conceive and have a beautiful and healthy baby girl. We could not recommend him more highly. Also all the staff at his office including Mindy and Melissa at CHH were awesome. Thank you so much for all you did for us, you gave us a gift beyond measure.
