Dr. Nandaud's staff is horrible argumentative, yawning on the telephone. Only treats U.S. Veterans at a Surgical Center Once a Month... No personal interaction with the patient related explaining the surgical procedure that is to be done so that the patient fully understands what he is going to do to correct the defect. Between his non empathetic staff caring staff and his aloof attitude I wouldn't send my pet to his office. U.S Veterans are getting shafted by this so call ortho expert. Seems its all about how much money he can make is first on his agenda then patient care. Some where along the line Dr. Nadaud has seemed to have lost his Hippocratic oath. My advise is ti stay away from this Doc and his Office.

Dr. Nadaud was friendly and cordial. He seemed knowledgeable and hopefully the injection he gave me in my ankle helps.

My experience with Dr. Nadaud could not have been better. He is kind, caring, patient, and exhibits the highest level of expertise. The wait time in the office is less than 10 minutes. The pain management both before and after the procedure worked very well. The results from my extensive ankle surgery are absolutely amazing. Dr. Nadaud always took the time to answer all my questions. My injury was quite severe. I'm really happy that I chose Dr. Nadaud. Richard Lehman, another orthopedist, recommended him to me.

Dr Nadaud was great. He got me in right away and was to my surprise was wearing a coat and tie and not scrubs. He did a thorough exam, which others did not do and then made sure that I was comfortable with the diagnosis and understood what it meant. I was surprised at how much time he spent with me and I was very appreciative. I would certainly recommend him without hesitation.

Get a 2ND opinion! It has been 1 year since my foot surgery and I dread going through life with my "repaired" foot. The swelling is gone; however, The hammertoe portion of the surgery was not successful - My (hammertoe) which was "repaired" as part of my total foot surgery is now just a HUGE immobile toe that continues to overlap with my Big Toe. Not only is it not "fixed" it doesn't bend at all, overlaps my big toe, and is INCREDIBLY painful to walk on.
MY PCP looked at my foot and asked "who did this?". She is referring me to a new Ortho Sugeon to fix what DR. Naduad could not.
At This point, my options are to have the toe re operated on to fix the mess DR. Nadaud made- if not, I won't be able to walk pain free.

I had a lisfranc injury. Was told by Dr. Nadaud that I needed to be non weight bearing immediately and then for 6 weeks after surgery. Surgery with a plate and screws was his recommended approach. He was nice, took time with me and even encouraged me to get a second opinion. I did get a second opinion and at St. Charles Ortho. The second dr. actually X rayed both feet (Dr. Nadaud did not.) and found no difference in either foot. He referred to my injury as a "sprain" not a tear as Dr. Nadaud did. He, also, stated surgery would possibly make the condition worse and there was no need for me to be non weight bearing. I consulted with my PCP whom I trust and she thought best to not have surgery after evaluating me. It has been a month since I made my decision. My foot still hurts but feels much better. I am very glad I did not go the surgery route. My opinion with Dr. Nadaud if he is recommending surgery-get a second opinion. Oh and by the way Mid County's offices are way too busy and I found their triage nurse and some office staff to be rude. I don't understand why they are in the medical field dealing with people in crisis.

As a professional ballet dancer, I would have ended my career staying with Dr. Nadaud. I had a lisfranc joint injury, and he only took x-Rays of my injured foot without caring enough to look at both feet and compare. After he immediately concluded I needed surgery without any other options, I chose to try Washington Orthopaedics. My doctor there x-rayed both feet and concluded surgery was unnecessary and would have narrowed my abnormally wide foot. Seven months post injury I am fully recovered and dancing WITHOUT SURGERY. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!!! Dr. Nadaud made me feel hopeless and acted like I was just one of his many patients.
