Most horrible and unprofessional staff that I’ve ever encountered!!! I’ve had a back surgery four months ago and I’ve only received one 30 day supply of pain medication. They make you call in and essentially beg to have medication prescribed to you. Rhonda is one of the worst human beings I’ve ever encountered in health industry, or any other industry, mono toned, cold, unprofessional unresponsive, blob of a human being. The office manager doesn’t fare much better call left messages seeking resolution with the office manager however, a fish always rots from a head down! Worthless office manager, worthless staff! !!

Dr. Helbig gave me my life back! After suffering for years with lower back pain and numbness in legs I found relief with the fusion surgery he performed. I can now to activities I haven't been able to do for years. Thank you Dr. Helbig!

He is a wonderful dr. I had an accident in august 2015. Broke my L1 and broke the bone off.I would have probably been paralyzed if it wasn't for him! I can still ride my horses because of him. Dr. Helbig and his staff still take excellent care of me.

I had spine surgery in 2012 with Dr Helbig. I wouldn't want anyone else but the good Dr. to handle my ongoing spinal problems. I did have a problem with inexperienced staff and hope that has been worked out. But Dr. Helbig is great.

My husband has been going to Helbig since February. He's been trying to get a surgery through workers comp. The office personnel messedxupbthe paper work. Sent to the wrong place. Didn't giv enough information so it was denied. I called for weeks to see ifcthey were going to resubmit it and they strung us along for months. Never getting a return call. Then we were told they sent us a letter that we didn't receive and their excuse was they put the wrong city. 9 months later and they refused to resubmit the surgery. Unprofessional to say the least. Never returning calls or answering questions about what was going on..

Dr. Helbig did my spinal surgery on a non-scheduled surgical day. He and his PAs were attentive and responsive to my needs and rapidly progressing neurologic condition. I am a medical professional myself and have seen people with the same condition requiring the same emergency surgery fair no where near as well as I have. I extend my most sincere gratitude and respect for the skill and care of both Dr. Helbig and the fantastic PAs he has in his employ.

My experience with Dr Helbig was nothing but wonderful. He removed a large meningioma for me and his techniques and consideration for general patient comfort was great! I truly believe this surgery was done with considerations in mind for not only good medical care but also making sure that I was comfortable and happy as a woman after invasive cranial surgery. No big shaved area or unnecesary scarring.

Excellent Doctor when my son was in an automobile accident he took care of him at Doctors Medical Center and received excellent care.
