Blue Cross / Blue Shield
I switched offices. The receptionist is mostly rude asking me why I needed my medical records. It's not any of her concern why I wanted a copy. The doctor is rarely there and I have to see a PA. I Loved Russ Sharpless, but the other two are clueless. I had to tell them the correct dosing for a medication. Got a cold? Here's a Z-Pack! so crazy. Anyone can get a Z-Pack there. The nurses and Russ were the reasons I stayed so long. They are so amazing, but I knew I had to leave because I wasn't comfortable with my doctor.
