I agree with other reviewer. Wait is long, staff is non responsive, messages are not returned. Doctor is not attentive, offering unnecessary tests.

staff is about as unhelpful as you can get.Frequently does not pass messages. Dr did not discuss side effects of meds she prescribed. Nurse severely bruised me taking blood.

Everytime I see Dr. Pushkin I have to wait forever and then she spends 5 mins and there is now a note posted to only talk about one medical problem, but how do you know if one problem can be linked to another? They are way too overbooked to care about the patient.

Office staff is very unhelpful. Messages for the doctor get lost. Office charges for any and all paperwork and forces you to make appointments for it. Dr.Pushkin once in a phone conversation brushed off my diarrhea as a virus, when it proved to be a bacterial infection, and a serious one.

I agree the office staff sucks. They are the most overscheduled doctors office that I have ever been to, and often feel rushed out of there. I do like Pushkin, but will probably leave because of the way the office is ran.
