I absolutely love Dr. Neculau and have nothing negative to say. I have had a fair number of endocrinologist from her to Toronto, and she has been by far the best one. Almost always on time, great bedside manner, understanding and kind, and very knowledgeable. She is up to date with what is going on with medications, and not too pushy in regards to making changes.

I have been referred to Dr Neculau after my previous endocrinologist retired. She helped me a lot with my diabetes. I am on an insulin pump now and my blood sugars are much better controlled. Glad I went to see her.

I have been a patient of Dr Neculau's for a few years. She is extremely knowledgeable, pleasant and answers all my questions. Gave me an extact diagnosis when no other specialist could.
Have never had an issue with the office staff. They are very helpful and pleasant.
Very happy to be a patient here.

She is currently a doctor in windsor,
She has a pleasant dispositions but its appear to be used to deflect from actually anwsering the concerns of her clients,
she may feel that she is calming or relieving
their concern them with a gentle additude, but she relies heavily on her Diabeties wellness nurses to address her patient's.
Its frustrating dealing with someone who you can never reach if there is an emergency or a need for prescriptions to be corrected or sent.
Her secretary is a nightmare and if she is doing certain things on her own or at the request of Dr Neculau , Im unsure but certainly this Dr should address her secretaries habits before it causes her issues with Malpractice... if you need a basic endo she might do... but if you have more long term or serious needs... find someone else because its been a nightmare simply dealing with her staff. As nice as she is that doesnt constitute a helpful doctor.
Her Diabities wellness staff does more then her.

Combative and argumentative staff, very unhelpful and not very understanding. Legitimately almost died, call in with concerns and got attitude from the secretary (multiple times).

Have been seeing Dr. Neculau for a few years now and she is the most understanding endocrinologist I've met. The nurse she works with is amazing as well, very kind and eager to help. I've had many terrible experiences with other doctors in this field so I'm very glad to see a doctor like Dr. Neculau who is so knowledgable and straightforward but also reasonable.
