I came to Dr. H after I both worked my fingers to the bone (& far beyond) and excessively made regular physical contact with dangerous paint colorant [DANGER: paint colorant contact worked like a slowly acting physical solvent/acid on the human body’s nervous system in my case: IT DOESN’T TAKE MUCH]. I choose Dr. H because a close relative had a seemingly relatively successful carpal tunnel surgery in the past with Dr. H; I thought I was getting/I wanted a orthopedic Dr. that would both respect his patients, and respect his Hippocratic oath. I WAS SO COMPLETELY WRONG. As a former American Red Cross certified emergency first aid/cpr TRAINER (in Riverside, CA), I feel I am more dedicated to the Hippocratic Oath in practice than Dr. Hallbridge. “Do no harm”; doesn’t ring a bell, huh? Honestly, Dr. H was always there for the insurance company, not me, at all, and I am tired of seeing him act like an insurance company adjuster when I’m there for medical help. I may be considered a former patient now, since Dr. H is now allowing a different doctor to prescribe/refill medicines he has prescribed himself: in the reversed situation, he adamantly refused to do the same thing about a year ago with a BP med. He talks like he wants to help you get well, but then acts like he has no interest in improving your medical health (actions speak louder than words): his nurses would not make me another appointment until referred services (which were denied for over ½ year by insurance) are completed. His nurses even told me to call and schedule an appointment if I was in pain (always, to some degree); I tried to schedule an appointment on the spot, and was told again no appointment for me until the referred constantly denied services were all done. He has made at least 3 wrong diagnoses in my case so far, and is somehow still a certified QME doctor? 1-3 hour office wait times and a virtual guarantee of a 15 minute or less actual doctor visit [the part where you actually speak with the doctor, not counting waiting around in pain]; nurses that lie to your face about non working equipment/scales (while taking other patient’s weight’s within hearing distance: despicable); overwhelming difficulty sometimes to get refills, and other times no problem/quick/easy (probably because someone somewhere would sanction you otherwise: about 50/50 here); coordinating with WCI Liberty Mutual (Helmsman) and intentionally not scheduling a desperately needed doctors appointment/assistance, causing an INTENTIONAL extra month of delay of medical care; Dr. H will even tell you he’ll request a procedure, then doesn’t request it (neck MRI in my case; for example). Dr. H was asked “does the insurance company tell you what to do?” and Dr. H replied “They don’t tell me what to do, but I can ask, and they don’t always do what I tell them to do”. To try to indicate psychological causes for clearly observable physical issues is both flat out malicious behavior & intentional stupidity, “doctor”. Get out of the business of helping others, please! You people are way beyond horrible at it; you have clearly crossed over to the point of intentional harm/criminal negligence….

One staff member is great. The rest are just doing a job. Two hours in the waiting room, 15 more waiting in the exam room. Same pointless paperwork every visit and then he asks you questions showing he hasn't read it even though he's holding it in his hand.

Dr. Halbridge is my favorite doctor on the planet. He is the kindest, most helpful, patient, Doctor I have EVER MET. This space isn't big enough to list all the great things about him. If I could see him for everything I would! I wish all my doctors were just like him because he is simply OUTSTANDING~and I think he's the CREAM OF THE CROP!
