I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ueno. This was my first-time trying acupuncture. Just after the two treatments I felt my life changed. I had multiple health issues ranging from joint pain, bloating, kidney issues. My GI function improved, my mood improved, kidney function improved. I felt normal after a long time. Now I feel there is some hope for my health issues. My digestion improved so much. The food that was sitting in my stomach before is going down in my intestine and I am having complete elimination. I was so amazed by the power of acupuncture because I underestimated acupuncture before. Dr. Ueno made me so comfortable during each treatment. He is kind, caring, knowledgeable and a compassionate doctor. The front desk staff is always welcoming and pleasant. I would highly recommend others to seek acupuncture treatment with Dr. Ueno.

Dr. Ueno is nothing short of a miracle worker! His profound knowledge and genuine care for his patients truly set him apart. I initially sought out Dr. Ueno's expertise due to infertility concerns, having experienced two unsuccessful IVF cycles. It was then that I decided to explore acupuncture as an alternative. Dr. Ueno's approach is incredibly comprehensive. He meticulously inquired about my condition and dedicated ample time to tailor an acupuncture treatment plan along with herbal supplements. Remarkably, I began noticing improvements in my insomnia and dry eyes shortly after commencing the treatment. As the sessions progressed, I witnessed a remarkable increase in my AMH level and follicle count--conditions typically considered irreversible in Western medicine. Just as I was preparing for another round of IVF, a wonderful surprise awaited me--I discovered that I was pregnant! I cannot express my gratitude enough to Dr. Ueno for this life-changing outcome. The care provided at Caring Acupuncture is outstanding. For years since my first pregnancy, I had what appeared as large varicose veins around one of my ankles. With Dr. Ueno's caring assessment and acupuncture treatment, the swelling and discoloration are much reduced - a wonderful result!

Dr. Ueno has helped my sciatica pain significantly. The pain was debilitating and constant as it was caused by a herniated disc. I saw my orthopedic doctor six weeks ago who advised surgery for the herniation and for L4-L5 spondylolisthesis. After four sessions with Dr. Ueno, I returned to the orthopedist for a six week check up, and he told me he no longer advises surgery because I am too functional. My pain has significantly decreased and I am so much more comfortable doing everyday activities. Very grateful to my osteopath for her recommendation of Dr. Ueno.

Having become disabled with MCS, Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, and Western medicine offering no treatments for the condition, I found relief at Caring Acupuncture with Dr. Ueno. Air pollution mainly from people burning wood (see epa.gov/burnwise/wood-smoke-and-your-health), using fragranced laundry products (see NOAA.gov and Lung.org), and smoking, was threatening my life and denying me access to city streets, facilities, shops, public restrooms, etc., including my own backyard. My condition was so dire that I would, on occasion, stop breathing in my sleep due to fine particle (PM2.5) air pollution from people burning wood. Dr. Ueno's treatments lessened the effect of exposure to air pollution and I cannot recommend him highly enough. It is most likely that I would have died without his treatments.

I found Dr. Ueno after calling around looking for an acupuncturist who would help "boost" my fertility. He made it clear there were no guarantees, and that he was willing to work with me if I was up for it. That's all I needed to hear: the warmth, encouragement and positivity in his words. That positive energy was very much present when I met him face-to-face. I have been his patient now for several months and counting, and know that, regardless of the outcome for me, I will continue seeing him. Thanks to his services, I feel much more relaxed, and sleep better too.

The receptionist, who is also his wife, Sachiko, is a dream!! Very responsive and caring. She offers V-steam which I plan to try. She has given me tips on using lemon oil and took the trouble to recommend several Japanese black vinegar. Like I said they are both really beautiful people.

I started receiving acupuncture treatment with Tetsuhiro Ueno, at Caring Acupuncture, with the hope of improving my FSH numbers for Oocyte Cryopreservation. He was very knowledgeable and asked lots of questions, each session, to determine what points to focus on. He tailored the treatment based on my responses. I received acupuncture treatment for approximately three months. I think the combination of me taking vitamins and supplements, on my own, and the acupuncture treatments and herbs provided to me caused a significant improvement in my numbers. My FSH level went from 18.7 to 6.27. In addition, my AMH went from .45 to 1.01. Tetsuhiro was kind, professional, and very knowledgeable. I’m thankful to him for helping me achieve my goal!

I went to Tetsuhiro Ueno for more than a year to help supplement treatment my fertility issues and he was there for me throughout my IVF journey. He is very patient, kind and knowledgeable. My husband also started seeing Dr. Ueno for back problems and he helped to alleviate his pain. I would highly recommend Caring Acupuncture!

This practice and Tetsuhiro Ueno in particular, have been a godsend in to me and my journey to parenthood. He treated me through IVF, embryo implantation, pregnancy where he treated ICP and helped me keep baby till full term, and postpartum. I have and will highly recommend Caring Acupuncture to anyone interested in help through this form of treatment.
