Incredibles and quite remarkable, She brought this tooth back, I don't know how , others tried,It was ready for extraction..its now functioning in my mouth..Real genuine Dentist.

Administration nightmare. Great dentist but terrible admin. Because appointments are set up months in advance, it creates a challenge in remembering the dates. I've missed a few scheduled appointments as a result. I always call in to pay a penalty and reschedule. They have repeatedly explained that it's "no problem" and they refused my payment. Thinking that I was in a safe place, I always enjoyed my visit. Natalie has cared for my teeth for over a decade, seeing me through a couple of very traumatic incidents. I missed my last scheduled appointment because I had a change of email in the six months since my last visit. I received no reminders from the admin as they didn't have my phone number and they had an old email address. I felt terrible about missing the appointment and asked to pay for it, and again they said no. Instead, Natalie personally wrote me an official dismissal letter. I am now officially banned from their office. She's very two faced. She'll act as if she cares and likes you, then with no warning, she'll cut you off. I've never heard of such an unethical practice. Now I'm left without a dentist and she has all my records. This is the worst dental experience of my life. I'm still extremely upset by her betrayal. AVOID THIS OFFICE.
