I love love love doctor paul but my god its sooo hard to get ahold. However once you do he is sooooo attentive , geniuinly cares for you. I hope his office opens soon!!

Is the doctor working? keep on calling and there is no answer, it says mail box is full and it hangs up. How is one supposed to get medica attention? This is not the first time, it's happened before. So is he working at all or has he has retired and not seeing patients any more?

what is wrong with this doctor. i called a moth ago and he was going on holidays so so they wern't accepting appointments. so i called Jan the 6 and the answering machine message said he was't back until the 7. I called the 9 and the answering machine said he wan't back util Jan the 13. exactly a month ago since I called to make an appoint . so i have to call back to see if I get an appointment and see if the secretaries are answering the pone since .

i have been a patient of DR. Matthew for several years .the one thing i like about him is ,he does not prescribe any meds until he gets test done first . and he is a very good DR . understanding .and caring. i come from mississauga to see him . as well he doesn't prescribe narcotics .most DRs now a days give way too many narcotics to patients .that abuse them ..so in my books Claudia and DR Matthew are great at what they do .and yes the wait time is a bit long .but when you get into see him ,he doesn't rush you out . even when DR Matthew is sick he still goes to work so he can try and help others .now that's something .go DR Matthew i give you lots of credit .thank you for being my DR judy mccann

Dr. Matthews is a very helpful Doctor and he takes his time with patients, even thought sometimes the waiting time is long, it's worth it. He is a kind hearted individual and his staff is very busy, but there are as well very helpful. he has a difficult to deal client population I feel sorry for what his secretary has to put up with sometimes.

Dr . Mathew is an excellent doctor, he had help me and my daughter through really bad times. I am asthmatic and do suffer with chronic pain along with arthritis. Refered me to the best surgeon when needed. I wish appointments was not needed to attend his office. I missed the walk ins. Dr. Mathew is a very compassionate and kind hearted person and I will continue visiting Dr. Mathew for treatement as needed.

Dr. Matthews is a very good doctor, polite and helpful. he always takes time to listen to me even when they are very busy. his staff however, (claudia in particular), are more often then not, very rude and disrespectful to the patients. she has no concept of respect or common courtesy, and when someone says anything about he behaviour, she simply tells them to go find another doctor if they dont like the care they are recieving. if he had new or better trained staff, hed be getting all 5's from me.

Dr Mathews is TRULY a cut above, he was very helpful in getting my husband into a treatment center, took the time to listen to him when he was going through his bout with addictions and stuck with him through it all, and he would highly recommend him to others looking for a compassionate caring doctor. He has truly got a heart of gold, and if my husband was still in Toronto, he would still be a patient.
