Was referred by neurologist. It took them a couple of weeks to call me and schefule consult. When they did call, they called bsck a week begore appt and told me the doctor they scheduled me with did not specialize in face or neck pain! They had to schedule me with someone else. That person had no openings for a month. At my appointment, I end up seeing a different doctor altogether. He ordered MRI and I can't get it without preauth and that office tells me that they don't do preauths, that I have to get it from my primary! My primary says "no" it has to be from ordering doctor which makes complete sense. Wth? Most insurances require preauth. What kind of doctor orders MRI but can't request preauth for it?

I have No ldea of why these people had a hard time with Dr Zaza or his staff? I been going to him for 10-11 years and everything about him and his staff is great!! 100% satisfied!! J.C.

Took over 2 weeks to get meds as they forgot to call insurance company to explain what they were doing, then was treated like I was in rehab instead of a longtime experienced pain patient. Closes eyes to documented facts. Changed appointment times on me for poor reasons. Acts as if I'm overstating pain issue.

staff were competent quick and to the point. no b/s but very freindly. on time and when he did the knee injection it was almost painless and he really cared how it felt to me. i like that and would recomend them. i read the other reviews and wonder how many pain meds they were trying to get and how often?

Completely awful. Unbelievably awful. Promise of competent care was given, exact opposite received. Very passive/aggressive treatment by staff. Extremely disappointed.

They,(includes entire staff!!), do NOT care about their patients!!! It has taken me 3 days now, to try & get refills on my pain meds and I am still waiting (or have been refused!!) Not a very caring staff or physician & I will NEVER RECCOMEND him or his staff to anyone for anything!! EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED!!!!
