Blue Cross / Blue Shield
Did not spend enogh time with me, continually interrupted me during conversation. I personally felt he was the most uncaring physician I have ever encountered. Nearly cost me my job when he refused to complete FMLA paperwork regarding work restraints he imposed ( I am a father of four children, working fulltime!). I pray Iowa changes current laws/policies concerning workmans comp. issues so that one may choose their own doctor. I hope to never deal with this man again in my lifetime.
