The receptionist working there today has been rude, and inconsiderate to my daughter in law on more than one occasion. She has no business working in the medical field, especially with people who need help.

The canceling and rescheduling of appointments is getting out of hand. Yes, things may come up, or people may be ill, but people do have to coordinate with their employer-every time there is a reschedule. If there are multiple reschedules, do patients receive a credit for this? Both sides have to be flexible and understanding, but when you have constant reschedules, which create a headache at work, this drives people to look for another doctor’s offixe.

Dr. Trump is an excellent doctor !! Been going to her for several years.VERY satisfied, this gal is very professional yet personable. My wife started seeing her a few years ago, and she is very pleased also. Always easy to schedule an appointment, and her staff is competent and friendly. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Trump is great. She listens to you, and is very knowledgable when addresses your concerns not only as a patient but also as a friend. She does not prescribe unnecessary medicines or always go with the most efficient and economic ones. However, some of her staff is not only poor in manners but also in competence. They even couldn't put the correct addresses in or answer regular questions. A young nurse was extremely rude, slammed the door after filling out the survey impatiently! I think I am not the only one go there to see Dr. Trump but have to put up with her staff.

No charge to see her if you are looking to be a patient. If you want to register a complaint however you will be charged and not informed of the charge until you are in the examination room. When I have been able to see her she is pleasant however if she cannot handle her staff or see her patients then she is not the doctor needed for my family.

her quality of care is wonderful!the office staff friendliness is poor. however i feel timeliness of answers to questions and reports on findings are not done in a timely fashion.

Dr. Trump is the best doctor I have had in 48 years. She diagnosed a problem that I had been dealing with for a long time that everyone else just tried to mask and excuse away. Very good explainations on issues. A++

Dr. Trump is a fabulous doctor. Very kind and takes her time to listen to you. She doesn't try to force you into getting prescriptions. Her staff on the other hand is awful. They don't give her messages, at times are rude for no reason, aren't knowledgeable, don't follow through. Dr. Trump is so good so I put up with the staff. She's worth it.
