I HAVE FOUND DR. ROANE TO BE VERY ATTENTIVE AND THOROUGH. SHE HAS AN EXCELLENT BEDSIDE MANNER AND WILL TAKE AS MUCH TIME WITH YOU AS SHE CAN TO BE SURE YOU ARE EVALUATED WELL. THERE IS NO PERFECT OFFICE BUT MY EXPERIENCES HAVE BEEN PLEASANT AND THE STAFF EFFICIENT.

horrible office and staff, not punctual, have gotten me the wrong prescription EVERY time, 3 years in a row, takes weeks to correct, meanwhile i am without the prescription. Office staff doesn't care and doctor never responds within the week. rushed, seems very ditzy for a doctor, doesn't remember her patients at all and could care less about them. i will find a new doctor.

I had to wait over an hour for a follow up appointment. Also I have a suspicion that she sends you for needless tests to book more follow up appointments. I feel rushed when I am there and I do not feel like she listens to what you say. I would pass on this docotr.

Dr. Roane is awesome. Even though you may have to wait a little long, it is because she is the only doctor. You don't always have a wait, if she has had surgery/emergency then you will have to wait. Her nurses are wonderful and so are her office staff. I have been a patient for many years and she is great!
