Have to wait an hour to see her and it took another hour of meeting with her to receive a prescription. Doesn't follow through with recommendations, is constantly calling in sick....

We do not know the reason for her long-term absence resulting in sudden closures of the office and long waiting times for any service like prescriptions. Her staff seems to be stressed out with this situation: not cooperative, non-responsive, angry etc. I am trying in vain to get a letter for ICBC since months. Transfer of documents to my new doctor is delayed since weeks. Office cannot be recommended.

was a no show to 3 appointments and made me wait for hours when she did show up, very unprofessional, and inconsistent
