I required a copy of my last hearing test which was arranged by Dr. Schramms office. They had no record of the hearing test which I found strange. I’m not impressed.

Good ENT surgeon. No complications either during or post -surgery. I am a CI recipient and so thankful for him and his staff. Ottawa Civic is lucky to have him. The Audiologists there are also AMAZING.

He is attentive. He listens to the symptoms patiently. Spent time with me and got a good look in my ear. I have to air travel so I wanted his advice and he was extremely sensitive to the time frame, and pushed my appointment earlier with another doctor etc.
Hope I see good results, I do think bed side manners counts a lot when you are distressed and he is very good!

We are lucky to have Dr Schramm in Ottawa. He is an excellent doctor. I have a chronic right ear issue that requires periodic follow ups with the good doctor. As my condition is chronic (my body, my issue), I’m fortunate that Dr Schramm can provide excellent care and give me relief.

I had a consultation with Dr.Schramm and he seemed pleasant enough. He was to schedule an MRI for February which has come and gone and an appointment to review the MRI in April. Called three time and no one knew of MRI. Never heard back. NOT IMPRESSED. Oh well.

Dr Schramm did my cochlear implant surgery 11 years ago and he was very patient and did his best to console me as I was terrified! He checked in on me three times after and called my parents the following week to check in!

He was a great doctor that I had a cochlear implant operation in 1993 I was six years old. I remember he was so great to check on me how I was doing and when I went to CHEO he checked my family and I how we are doing! He’s an amazing doctor! I can hear very well and love it!

Brought my daughter to see him twice once for an obstruction and once for excessive ear infections ... he claimed it was nothing and sent us packing.. my daughter just had her adenoids removed by another doctor who said they were extremely large.. even though it has only been 2 days sinve the surgery there has been significant improvement in every aspect ... this Dr Schramm clearly doesn't care enough to look into things!

I saw him late November 2015 then had to wait for a CT Scan now my follow up with him is September 2016. Almost a year WHAT!!! I WANT ANSWERS ON A 28 YEAR PROBLEM. HOW MUCH LONGER BEFORE I GET AN ANSWER?

I have to agree. He was a great doctor. Too much waiting not much doing.
