We will be looking for a new doctor after today. Dr Eloskouf was rude our first visit when I asked if my doctor sent any records over for my baby. She also had me give the oral vaccine myself (my first time) and didn't even watch to see if I gave it correctly while I kept repeating he was wearing most of it. The clinic didn't even have one of the vaccines we required, yet they knew our appointment was coming up and what we needed. Worst part was they asked that I call to check when they had it in stock next, not them contact me. Dr Eloskouf also read off a check list and sounded like a robot throughout the whole exam. On our second visit she had us wait over an hour for our scheduled appointment. She was also unable to give even an idea of what something may be regarding a concern for my newborn. And on our third visit we arrived right on time, with maybe 2 minutes to spare. However, they took in a woman and her baby that arrived right after us. So because they were more than just a little late we had to wait a long time. Too many disappointments from so few visits. Not impressed.

Amazing doctor, I just wish she was in the office more

Dr Carol is a good Dr. BUT as patients of hers we need to exercise respect for her time and other patients by being on time for appt. She should show the same respect and be on time. I always book the first appointment in the morning and shes never there till almost 30 mins later. Huge waste of my time especially when i take time if work to come see here between my own patients.

She is a good doctor she actually listens to you and isnt afraid to run as many tests as needed to find out the problem. Only problem is shr is NEVER on time. Very frustrating

So pleased to have her as our doctor, she genuinely cares and listens she is very thorough in any treatment needed , we just feel we are in good hands. Staff is respectfully awesome ......

Always listens and very thorough. Never assumes anything. Staff is great minus one front desk person is a little unprofessional.

Always very pleasant and understanding. Shows genuine care and concern. Never rushes you to get out. Great Doctor that we feel lucky to have!

Never available. At times scattered and needs to be reminded about what has to be done if multiple scripts or issues arise. She is very nice but she is definitely not full time. She is also very late and often leaves early. Wait times are about 1.5 hrs. Receptionists are rude and seem overwhelmed. Only good thing about office is Nurse Bringcat.
