Dr. Wood is an excellent surgeon. 2 knee replacement’s and no problem. His staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommend.

Dr. Wood helped me when nobody else would listen. I knew I was in severe hip pain but other doctors wanted to give me shots which were doing absolutely nothing because I needed both hips replaced. Dr. Wood replaced the left hip in February 2020 and the right hip in October 2021. I have never felt better. I am so grateful to have met this man. Dr. Wood is an amazing surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. I can't thank him enough for giving me my life back. Julie McInnes

A HUGE thank you to Dr. Gavin Wood, who is a dedicated and remarkable surgeon. I was referred to him in Oct 2020 for severe osteoarthritis in my hip requiring replacement surgery. With no thanks to Covid, this surgery finally took place June 2021. I was out of hospital the following day with no pain. I had incision tenderness but no excruciating pain. Absolutely life changing right after the surgery was done. And also thanks to the staff on Kidd 6 KGH who were very attentive. A ton of gratitude to Dr. Wood and his whole team for giving me my life back. Thank you, I’m forever grateful.
