Boy, are we lucky to have Dr. Leppard in the ER at the Ottawa Civic Hospital. I felt well cared for, listened to, respected. She is compassionate and so very thorough. I heard her with the other patients behind the curtains too: so kind, focused on doing all she can (like asking lots of questions and ordering various tests) to get a diagnosis. All her colleagues (sorry, I didn’t get their names, but all the nurses and techs that I saw today) were truly awesome too. What a super team! They work in a stressful environment yet they remain calm and nice.

Dr. Leppard cared for my elderly father during a serious admission through ER with extreme care and dignity, and with a bedside manner that did not feel rushed ever at all, even though I knew it was a busy time in there. She was friendly and calming throughout and was entirely thorough with consults.

Dr Leppard is a top notch Doctor in all areas!
Very thorough, she had a lovely disposition , excellent listening skills, very thorough in her examination and tests ,updated me on expected timelines etc. I was very impressed! Too bad we don't have more doctors like her in our hospitals.

This doctor was knowledgeable, thorough, and kind. She walked in, her eyes immediately rested on mine, she sat close to me, and asked me a few short questions. I knew instantly that everything would be well. I am almost 78 years old. I thought I was having another heart event as I had very sharp pains in my chest. Taking a deep breath was painful. Two blood tests were taken to ensure that there were no telltale enzymes indicating a heart problem. A tomography CT scan was taken to ensure the aorta was not knicked. There would be no better way to die than having Dr. Jennifer at one's side. I was able to go home with confidence. I took a Robaxacet, put the heating pad on my chest for 15 minutes, again on my upper back for 15 minutes and went to bed. In the morning I felt much better, but it took another day to erase any hint of the muscle spasms that I had. Thank you Dr. Jennifer.

My mom has copd. She was at the hospital 2 weeks prior to this visit and another hospital. They sent her home twice. This time Leppard was the emergency dr. She was thorough and tested everything. She was helpful, caring, sympathetic, she was incredible. She helped my mom get the proper treatment ever during this 3wave of the pandemic. My mom survived the night and everything is in God's hands. She is an excellent and thorough Dr.
