Dr. Gilani is a very professional and caring doctor. He takes time to do a through exam explaining everything. Dr Gilani will make sure your eyes receive the best possible care. Do not trust your eyes with anyone else.

I will keep this short and brief. I won’t go into detail. Dr. Gilani is knowledgeable. He does take the time to explain and simplify things for you. However, he comes across as a bit defensive when you are simply trying to clarify or ask questions. He’s a little rude as well. He will brag about the latest technology they use and will sell his products like a true salesman.

I brought my son in for his eye exam, the doctor was okay with him and was thorough with all of the tests which I appreciated. However, I did not receive a warm welcome from his staff. One lady in particular was very rude when I walked in. When I told her I didn’t bring the printed forms with me because I don’t have a printer at home she responded with ‘Who doesn’t have a printer these days?’. I thought her comment was very rude and unprofessional and it put my mood off before even seeing the doctor. She didn’t say goodbye to us when we left. Dr. Gilani was okay enough but due to his staff’s attitude I don’t think I’ll be coming back here again.

Dr. Gilani and his office did Not give me the correct information about my coverage before my exam !! Therefore Dr. received his full exam fee & I walked out of his office with nothing until 6 months ....which he said I need to pay him again for the new exam ??
I could wait and have my exam :
when was going to be my new glasses fully covered ; all this Dr. is caring is his pocket money $$$

Dr. Gilani is a wonderful optometrist. He is so patient, well spoken, and takes the time to make sure that you fully understand what is going on at the appointment, as well as the changes going on in your eyes. He does his best to use simple and not overly medical language to make you feel part of the process. He never rushes you, and welcomes any and all questions that you may have for him. As a medical student, it's great to see such care and empathy that this healthcare professional shows to his patients. I highly recommend that you see Dr. Gilani if you are looking for an optometrist!

Dr, Gilani is a wonderful optometrist. He is thorough, with up-to-date knowledge and equipment. He goes over his exams with his patients in a way that really informs them.

Excellent optometrist! Dr. Gilani is very knowledgeable and professional. He has state of the art equipment and answered all my questions. I have always been treated courteously by the staff.

Dr. Gilani is defensive and rude. He never fails to comment that I do not buy my glasses from him, insinuating that they are inferior to what he could supply when, in fact, my opticians are extremely competent and highly recommended by my opthamologist. Dr Gilani does not listen to my concerns but instead tries to prove me wrong. His staff are also very rude and arbitrary, and reluctant to provide a copy of my prescription at the end of the appointment because they know I am not going to use it there. I will not be returning to Dr Gilani.

I have had many optometrists, but he is my favourite: polite, patient and thorough. I have been going to him for several years. However, his frame selection is limited, so I go elsewhere to fill my prescriptions.

Dr Gilani is a very good & very experienced eye doctor, very polite & very caring. I was actually excited to see him. He's very thorough, kind & takes his time to explain everything about my eyes health. He is one of the best eye doctor I've ever had. His staff were very friendly & very helpful too & great customer service!!!
